P. T. Ivy was born in Louisiana and raised in Missouri.

He is a computer programmer/systems analyst, attorney, author and “farmer”. He and his wife live on a small farm in Texas.

My stories are intended to be enjoyed and spark a child's or young adult's imagination, rather than have a deep meaning to be pondered.

However, in each story there are points which an adult can use to develop a dialog with the child or young adult rather than just reading/listening to a story.

For examples, in Jax - The Kitten With the Green Tail, ask if the child would like to go on a treasure hunt, and, if so, who would they like to search with them and what treasure would they like to find.
